Restorative Yoga & Soundbath Sessions
with Molly Brown
DATES:
Sunday TBC May
10-11:30am
90 Minute Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
Sink into deep rest with this 90 minute restorative yoga and sound bath experience in Wellington, Somerset, designed to gently soothe your body, calm your mind, and nourish your nervous system. The restorative yoga portion is a slow, meditative practice focused on profound relaxation and stress relief. You’ll be lovingly guided through soft, supportive yoga poses, with minimal movement and long, nourishing holds. Using props to fully support the body, this style of yoga allows tension to melt away, encouraging the nervous system to downshift into a deeply restful state. The result is a sense of ease, balance, and overall wellbeing that lingers long after the class ends. This session is guided by Molly Brown, a fully trained Osteopath with a deep love of yoga and holistic movement. Molly brings a unique, intuitive understanding of the body, blending anatomical knowledge with compassionate, mindful teaching. Her approach is gentle, intelligent, and deeply restorative — perfect for anyone seeking relief from stress, fatigue, or physical tension. Following the yoga, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably for a 45-minute sound bath, allowing the healing vibrations to wash over you. Using instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant sound tools, Molly creates an immersive soundscape that supports deep relaxation and energetic release. The frequencies and vibrations work on a subtle level to help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and gently clear energetic blockages, guiding you into a meditative, dream-like state. This restorative yoga and sound bath in Wellington, Somerset is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and be held in a space of calm, care, and deep nourishment — for body, mind, and soul 🌿 Contact Molly directly to reserve your space: mollyosteoyoga@gmail.com

Why Swap? The aim of the swaps is to encourage our local community to support the circular clothing economy and step away from the endless production cycles of fast fashion, all the while building connections and spending an enjoyable time with friends old and new. As well as being great fun, the benefits of clothes swapping include: - Helping us to clear out our wardrobes responsibly by extending the life of the garments we no longer wear. - Diverting still usable textiles from the landfill which reduces greenhouse gas emissions and energy usage. - Being a low to no cost way to refresh your wardrobe. - Providing a risk- free opportunity to try out new styles and colours that you might not usually buy (just reswap them next time if they don’t suit) - Casting your vote against the fast fashion industry and overconsumption - Meeting like minded people who care about the impact of their choices and shopping habits on the environment. Meet Your Hosts: Joanna is passionate about saving textile waste and transforming it into something wearable again. You can check out some of her upcycled creations on her instagram page and sometimes making an appearance at the swaps! At her shop in Wellington and online Rachael curates responsible clothing collections made up of both pre-owned, repaired or upcycled garments and new pieces from sustainable brands. How it Works: Come to the studio between 12:30-1:30pm to drop off upto 5 items of good quality clothes that are washed and ironed that you no longer want. Then return between 2-3pm to choose 5 items to take home with you! Price: Donation Based Event.
