In our busy world, getting to a yoga class can sometimes be a stretched!
A home practice helps support your yoga journey when life gets in the way. Our classes are designed to have different levels of intensity so that you can easily get on your mat and have the best class for you on that day. Practice when you want, for as long as you want, at the intensity you want with my well-crafted library.
We have three different level options:

Gentle: These are all floor-based classes focusing on all the yummy stretchy stuff.

Flow: These are vinyasa style yoga classes, suitable for all levels but expect some challenges and fun transitions.

Advanced: These classes are not for the faint hearted! These intense classes will get your sweat on and body moving. These classes are not suitable for any one with any injuries or pregnant.
