Service Description

Build functional, intelligent strength in this energising and highly accessible Yoga for Strength Workshop. Rooted in evidence-based movement principles, this session blends traditional yoga with strength-focused techniques to support joint stability, muscular endurance and everyday resilience. What We’ll Explore: Strength-building yoga sequences Joint-friendly progressions and modifications Core stability and balance drills Techniques for building strength safely and efficiently How strength training enhances your overall yoga practice Perfect for: All levels — from beginners to seasoned yogis Anyone wanting to feel stronger, more stable and more confident Students looking to supplement other sports or fitness routines Yogis curious about the science behind strength development Expect a lively, supportive session filled with skill-building, mindful challenge and lots of encouragement. Come prepared to feel empowered, learn new tools, and have plenty of fun along the way! What to bring: Nada! Just bring you, all equipment is provided, however if you prefer to use your own there is no problem. Just wear comfy clothing you can move in and bring water.

To Cancel any workshop or retreat a minimum of one week's notice is required. Apologies for any inconvenience this may incur; as a small studio it is important to have as much notice as possible. Bookings cancelled less than a week before the event may still be charged the full amount.
