Because together we are stronger, healthier and happier.
These days there are so many variations of Yoga & Wellbeing that it can often be daunting to know where to start and who is the real deal.

Found & Lead Teacher
Jo Ellis
You will never have the same class twice! Jo specialises in intuitive led teaching that adapts each class to the needs of those present.
Yoga has been in Jo's bones from birth through her fathers spiritual devotion to the Indian Guru Sri Chinmoy, but it was because of the stresses of working for a high profile London charity that she found yoga for herself.
Jo quickly discovered that not only was her posture was better but that yoga was a brilliant tool for focusing and calming her mind.
For the first 10 years of her yoga journey Jo had no intention of ever becoming a teacher as she wanted to keep her love for the practice pure and unrelated to income.
When travelling in Australia, Jo decided to do a Teacher Training in India. During this experience whilst sitting on the Ganges she realised she her had found her calling in life; to share the benefits of yoga with the world and she hasn't looked back since.
Jo's class reflect her deep love for authenticity, creative movement and playfulness. Her classes are student led, meaning that every class is adapted to serve your needs.
From competing in the U.K Yoga Championships to holding Kids Yoga Camps, being an eternal student is one of her biggest strengths. Jo has lived in India & Sri Lanka to further her understandings of yoga and Eastern philosophy.
Trained in Hot Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Breath work, Kids Yoga and Yoga for Trauma, her classes come from a wealth of experience that can only be gained from long term commitment and dedication.
Yoga & Creative Movement Teacher
Adam Cridland
Adam works professionally as a theatre performer and yoga teacher.
When not on stage, his yoga classes infuse expressive movement, functional movement and yogic philosophy.
His intentions are to bring awareness to students that a life of yoga doesn’t finish when we step off the mat and has the ability to overcome prejudices, biases and self limiting beliefs.
He truly believes in the transformational power of yoga and wants to share it with the world with the hope of making it a more wonderful place to be in.
Under the Hatha branch of yoga, his primary style is Vinyasa, weaving sequences together that are both demanding and strong, slow and considerate, playful and light.
He offers a supplementary targeted mobility and flexibility training which dives into the science of stretching and the power of letting go to gravity.
All practice is approached with a consciousness that every body is different and every mind has it’s own thing going on. He provides modifications and insists on the use of props to get the best out of every pose.
His self led practice works with the cycles of the sun and moon, mixing the yang and the yin, from morning to night, to create balance and harmony in the nervous system and a connection to nature.
Outside of practice he is an avid listener of reggae and dub with a huge record collection, he loves hugs and is a philosophy nerd.

Kundalini & Yoga Nidra Teacher
Lulu Milton
Lulu (she/her) has studied and completed Level 1 with Amrit Nam Sarovar and x5 Level 2 teacher training modules with various Kundalini Research Institute schools (500 hrs). She has been practicing for over 13 years and been teaching for 7 years. She finds the practice and community (Sangat) of Kundalini to be transformational and a great source of strength and comfort which aligns beautifully with her spiritual recovery from addiction programme - Kundalini Yoga is a lifestyle. It’s use of mantra, mudra and movement during practice and meditation challenges and soothes her mind, body and soul like nothing else does.
Her teaching style is led by her gut and instinct and has developed over the years to accommodate all levels of practitioner as Kundalini Yoga can be practiced with no movement - it is a subtle energetic yoga working with our minds; its positive, negative and neutral qualities and finding space where we can elevate ourselves, this does not need to be physical.
LINEAGE:
Kundalini yoga descends from a Sikh lineage, emphasising love, equality and service (seva) to others. Many of the meditations come from the Sikh tradition with the use of the sacred sound current/naad. This technology uses sound to invoke and initiate an experience of connecting with the Divine (God, the Universe, a Higher Power, …. ). Lulu is deeply aware of the significance of these sacred teachings, and shares these divine experiences with immense gratitude and respect to the culture from which they have come.
