Unlock your unlimited potential and enjoy our fun, dynamic yoga classes set to music! Our faster-paced Vinyasa style classes focus on movement that feels unique to you. The term “Vinyasa” refers to moving in special ways, and this class encourages you to discover how to move in a way that makes you feel special. This is an all-level class. **PLEASE NOTE:** The Friday morning class is a stronger practice and is NOT suitable for: - Pregnant individuals - Beginners - Anyone with an injury - Those looking for a softer experience If you have any physical conditions that may require modifications, please let us know before class so we can provide you with adjustments and advice. Mats, blocks, and other equipment are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Cancellation Policy

If something comes up and you cannot make your booking please reach out as soon as you can. As a small studio with limited places you may incur a a charge if you have not followed our cancellation policy. Only site members are able to cancel bookings online. If you need to cancel your booking please do online at least 12 hours before the session is due to start otherwise you will be charged. If you are not a site member and you wish to cancel your booking please do so via email at least 24 hours before your booking to ensure you are not charged for the class. Pure Yoga is able to refuse entry or dismiss customers if they do not treat our staff respectfully. Refunds are subject to approval by Pure Yoga. Thank You for your understanding.
