Designed with a science-led approach to movement, breathwork and body mechanics, this session is perfect for anyone wanting to understand how and why yoga works — and how to practise safely and joyfully. What We’ll Explore: Fundamental yoga postures and how to adapt them for your body Safe alignment based on current movement science Key principles of breathwork and the nervous system How to build a sustainable personal practice Time for questions, guidance and hands-on support This workshop is ideal for: Those who prefer small groups Complete beginners Returning yogis wanting a refresh Anyone who’s felt unsure in regular classes Students who enjoy learning the “why” behind the practice People wanting a clear, confidence-building introduction to yoga WHAT TO BRING: Just you! All equipment is provided, but do bring your own if you prefer. Come in comfy clothing you can move it.
