Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all, please review our booking policy below: Right to Refuse Entry The studio reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at our discretion if behavior, conduct, or circumstances are deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. Class Cancellations by the Studio On occasion, classes may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, emergencies, or insufficient bookings). In the event of cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible and any prepaid class credits will remain valid for future bookings. Cancellation Policy (Clients) Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class will be eligible for a full credit or refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class will be charged in full, with no credit or refund. Rescheduling Policy If you wish to reschedule a class, you must do so at least 4 hours before class start time. Reschedule requests made less than 4 hours before class cannot be accommodated and will be considered a late cancellation. No-Shows If you do not attend a booked class without notice, the class will be charged in full with no refund or credit.
