Join Doni and Jo for a wonderful mini retreat into relaxation and release, to start 2025 as centred and calm as can be. This two and a half hour session consists of 3 parts. We begin with a mindful, gentle movement session guided by Jo, focused on yoga postures that are aligned with winters soft nudge toward stillness so that you can move from your centre. All the yoga postures provided are accessible and beneficial for everyone, with modifications offered if required to ensure you get the most out of your yoga experience. Regardless of how much yoga experience you have, these postures will help you to connect and shift any stuck energy. After this warm, delicious Cacao will be served and some space is given for you to enjoy the taste and effects of this wonderful, medicinal drink. Using the finest organic Cacao to uplift and sooth. We close with a beautiful guided relaxation session with Doni where you will be given the change to journal and melt into yourself, so that you leave feeling lifted and light. Ready to move forwards into the year with more ease and tranquility.
