Cancellation Policy
If something comes up and you cannot make your booking please reach out as soon as you can. As a small studio with limited places you may incur a a charge if you have not followed our cancellation policy. Only site members are able to cancel bookings online. If you need to cancel your booking please do online at least 12 hours before the session is due to start otherwise you will be charged. If you are not a site member and you wish to cancel your booking please do so via email at least 24 hours before your booking to ensure you are not charged for the class. Pure Yoga is able to refuse entry or dismiss customers if they do not treat our staff respectfully. Refunds are subject to approval by Pure Yoga. Thank You for your understanding.
